Lineup will be at three locations, Fairdale Elementary, Fairdale Freewill Baptist Church and Trap Hill Fire Department. Please be respectful of the locations given to us for this event. Please pick up any and all trash. We are appreciative of the locations allowing us to use their parking lots for this event to take place. Attached to this post is a list of each participant and where you are to report. The list is in the order in which we would like for each participant to line up. Please note this and try to arrive at a time that would be suit your spot. Becky Vance will be located at Fairdale Elementary, Kevin Vance will be located at Trap Hill Fire Department, and Rabekka Vance (Myrtle) will be located at Fairdale Freewill Baptist Church. Upon your arrival, please locate the director at your location. The Director will place you where you need to be in the lineup. Please be patient with the directors as this will take time to align everyone in their place. Please drive to your location carefully. Be aware of children and adults who are not on floats. You are responsible for you your float and anyone participating in your float, Liberty High School is not responsible for your float or supervision of those attending your float. There is very limited parking at Fairdale Elementary. We will attempt to accommodate each personal vehicle. However, if we run out of space you may be asked to park your vehicle at a different location of your choice. Fairdale Elementary and Liberty High School are not responsible for your vehicles. You cannot park at Trap Hill Fire Department or Fairdale Freewill Baptist Church due to parade attendants Lining up there.
The parade route will go from Fairdale Elementary to Liberty High School. The parade route is 3.2 miles. We will have some walkers throughout the parade, please try to keep your walkers moving and be patient as we accommodate them. You can toss candy from your float. Please be careful as you toss out the candy and watch for small children in the road. Be aware that the judges table will be set up at EnHope Church located near Bradford’s Construction office and The House of Beauty Shop. Be Loud, Be Proud, & Show your School Spirit when you go by. The parade 1st, 2nd, and, 3rd place winners will be announced at the Liberty High School Homecoming Football game after the battle of the class judging. This will take place at 6:30 pm.
Parade will end at Liberty High School. Amanda Wimbish, Greg Betkijian, and Jamie Bailey will be at Liberty High School to help direct everyone. Participants will turn into liberty High School and turn right up to the front of the school. If you wish to stay to eat food or to unload your participants, 4x4 vehicles can park at the baseball field parking area. If you have a truck that is hauling a trailer you may park in the back parking lot of LHS. Small cars will park on the side of LHS near the ticket booth or in the front of the school. If you do not wish to stay you will be directed over to THMS and will drive around the back of the school. You will be stopped at the road; a director will be present to show you how to proceed and you will be released once the parade ends. There will be no parking at Liberty High School for the parade or parade participants until the parade starts so that we can accommodate all of our floats. Please bear with us through the madness.
We will have food trucks set up at THMS as early at 4:30 pm. As you come out to enjoy the fun with our community stop by and grab a bite to eat as we know this is a busy day and will take one thing off of your list. We are looking forward to a great event!

See the counselors if you need help registering for either exam, or think you may qualify for a test fee waiver.
The counselors will help the seniors complete the Promise application at school once the application is available.
